South Coast Bhangra UK is the brand new provider on the block for Bhangra classes all across the South Coast of England.
Our main aim is to achieve mental wellness and physical fitness by showing you how dance can really make a difference to your life! Bhangra in particular is a very energetic style of dance that originated in the Punjab region of India and Pakistan; large expressive movements make Bhangra such a fabulous aerobic workout.
If you know that you don’t particularly enjoy the likes of going to the gym, then there is a chance that a dance class could suit you a lot better! One hour sessions make it easy to fit into the everyday life.
With South Coast Bhangra classes, you will learn a variety of folk and modern Bhangra movements so you can leave class feeling accomplished and truly worked out (with a big smile of achievement!).
